Configured in container sized modules our units are fabricated with heavy steel frame which has been 'hot-dip' galvanised for durability. Using standard shipping sizes allows low cost transport while providing ease of combining and nesting with extreme resistance to impact and compressive crush loads.

'AA-Class' Range:

Granny flats - Mining camps - Caravan parks - and a host of other uses.
These versatile cottage style cabins are strong and cost efficient.

Modular units based on 6mX2.435 or 12mX2.435 container bases - these structural steel framed units expand to 4.000 wide. The 4.000 width gives a much greater flexibility in design and an advance over most current designs in the Australian market. These accommodation units are transported in the 2.435m width configuration giving great freight savings.

'AAA-Class' Range:

Residential houses - Transportable classrooms - Portable offices - Site buildings These units are top value.

High energy efficiency and massively strong, constructed with a heavy duty structural steel central core that has been 'hot-dip' galvanised and weighing 16,000kg. There is nothing made in Australia to equal it.
Designed on a 12m container base this unit gives a minimum of 83m2 of floor space at very little cost.

Transported to site on normal 2.400 trailers, these units can be taken anywhere in Australia that you can take a normal truck and with no problems of being over width.

We recognise the importance of structural strength. We have lived through the devastation of cyclones, floods, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions and will not take short cuts in production or materials in order to lower costs.

With a history of 40 years building in disaster prone areas overseas we, more than most, take this very seriously. We will not cut corners in this regard.
